What are the “Terms and Conditions” of your shop?

All items are guaranteed brand new, 100% authentic and imported from USA – I don’t sell fakes, used or pre-loved items.
We are not in any way associated with the brands displayed in our shop.
All items are available in hand unless otherwise stated.
First come, First Serve basis.
Only serious buyers will be entertained.
In the event that there are a few customers who are interested in the same item, the said items will be sold to the customer with fastest payment.
Reservation is allowed up to 2 days only. If there was no confirmation made, reserved item will be released to other buyers.
Reservation of > 2 days requires deposit. Inquire within.
Selling price is final and inclusive of local shipping cost (unless otherwise stated or you’re living outside of Malaysia).
We use Pos Ekspres or Pos Laju for local delivery.
We provide shipping for overseas buyer.
We will not be liable for any damages or lost incurred during deliveries.
We accept installments. So, do not hesitate to inquire within.
All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
All sales are final and goods sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeble. If you have authenticity issue, do present a written proof/ letter from the related brand name store manager and I will give full refund.
Purchases made are at your own risk and as they say, if you want a 100% defect free item, please do purchase them at the respective stores/boutiques in Kuala Lumpur and pay the respective prices.
We reserve the right to make any appropriate changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time, as we deem necessary.

Steps of making purchases:

Fill in “Order/Reservation Form”.
If you select “Maybank2u/CIMB”, I will send you my Maybank and CIMB Bank account details. So that you can pay direct to my account.
If you chose other payment options (such as “Credit/Debit Cards”, “Public Bank”, “Hong Leong Bank”, etc.), I will need to send you a payment link to your email.
In the email, an invoice and payment link will be provided.
To make your payment, simply click on the payment link that are included in the email.
The Payment Link will open a new page where you can make your payment for your purchase.
On the payment page, you can select different payment options on the top-left side of this page.
You can select to pay using your Visa/MasterCard Credit Card or Maybank2u account, etc.
If the payment is approved, notification will be send to me and your item will be on their way in no time!

Payment Terms and Conditions:

I permit only 2 days reservation after the invoice is sent. If no payment is received within that time frame, the item will be release to other buyer.
For credit card payment: Purchases above RM300 require the buyer to fill in the “Credit Card Verify” form. The form will be sent with the invoices. Buyer will need to fax back the completed form to me. This is due to high rate of credit card fraud in Malaysia. This is not applicable to other payment method (such as maybank2u, mobile money, etc.)
